We recommend all motors across the range are serviced every two years or 300 hours which ever is the sooner. In some case this means commercial operators need to have their motors serviced almost on a monthly basis for very high use applications.

We can carry out repairs on all Torqeedo products either under warranty or customer damage. We have extensive knowledge in all Torqeedo products.

If a motor fails within the first two years of purchase any repairs are usually covered under warranty. This excludes commercial applications which are covered by 12 months warranty.All warranty cases are forwarded to Torqeedo Germany for this approval.
